Rich gives the camera a quizzical look while wearing League & League Redshirt gear on the runway. Rich is a senior at Rutgers University studying Journalism and Media Studies. When he isn’t busy being a Resident Assistant on College Avenue you can find him in the Student Involvement Office where he is an Undergraduate Intern working with the newly revitalized Rutgers University Class Councils!
Melissa is a junior psychology major and a minor in Criminology. When she’s not on the runway strutting her stuff in League & League Redshirt, she aspires to be a school social worker in a grammar school. She has been a part of Rutgers Performing Dance Company for three years and loves performing on stage. Her hobbies include reading and playing various card games.
Anura is currently a sophomore and a Public Health/Biology Major. Anura modeled lounge wear by League & League Redshirt at Rutgers on the Runway. She volunteers at Robert Wood Johnson and participates in Indian dance groups for charity shows in her free time.
Anthony is a sophmore at Rutgers and is shown wearing League & League Redshirt gear. He is half Greek and half Italian, trilingual (fluid in Greek, Spanish, and English), and he’s an active member of the Cook Apartment Board. He is also the Public Relations Officer for Rutgers University’s Hellenic Cultural Association. He loves to play the drums, he enjoys drawing, and looks forward to traveling around the world. He is also on the intramural inner tube water polo team.
Ali is a Rutgers Graduate persuing a Masters in Education. Ali portray a sense of confidence with his arms crossed against his League & League Redshirt sweatshirt and a New Era hat upon his head. He is currently an 8th grade history teacher in North Jersey. He is still very involved with his fraternity Alpha Phi Alpha at Rutgers and loves helping the community. Although Ali likes to model, the best way to his heart, is through his stomach.
Andreana, wearing School House gear and Merge Left Flip Flops, is a Rutgers first year. She loves learning languages. She is a double major in Spanish and Japanese, and plans to work in human rights activism. She’s greatly involved in Rutger’s Resident Hall Association, and can’t wait for Rutger’s Dance Marathon to come. She’s greatly enjoyed her time working with everyone in Rutgers on the Runway, and making new friends.
Jessica, or Frecks as some like to call her, is a sophomore and a Finance major in the Rutgers Business School. Wearing a School House dress with Fanboots on her feet, she loves being active and always staying busy. Her activities include intramural basketball and club field hockey. She is also a member of the Catholic Student association and is a chair member in the Rutgers University Programming Association.
Semira is a third year Communication major at Rutgers with a focus on Public Relations and she’s seen on the runway in School House gear and a Jansport Tee. Her minors are Political Science and Africana Studies. On campus she is involved with the Association for Women in Communication, PRSSA, and serves as an Arts and Culture Chair on the Rutgers University Programming Association. She likes traveling and listening to Nicki Minaj. She hopes to one day be able to impact the world.
Kinza, rocking clothing from School House, is a senior majoring in biological sciences and minoring in economics and psychology. On campus, she is involved in Phi Sigma Pi and volunteers at St. Peters University Hospital. When she is not working or studying, she enjoys reading, spending time with friends, and drinking massive amounts of coffee!
Anthony is a third year Communications major with a minor in economics. He’s looking tough in Barbarian gear and a Legacy Hat. Making strides as an entrepaneur, Anthony is the president of his own graphic design business “Designs by Ant Gibbz”. He is also a cofounder of the blog/promotional site thelovekush.com. He is an eboard member of Rutgers black mens collective and is a very proud brother of the classy do or die alpha psi chapter of iota phi theta fraternity inc. he enjoys cooking watching cartoons and making pretty ladies smile.
Alan is also showing off some Barbarian gear with a Legacy Hat and is a correspondent for the Targum Multimedia, having reported and gotten to the bottom of many stories. He has also performed standup comedy at the Red Lion Cafe and wrote and starred in the Campus Moviefest film, “2069”, a tale of two bros finding the true meaning of love and friendship as the apocalypse nears. And now in his last few months here at Rutgers, after having spent his previous semester abroad in South Africa, he is interning with the Rutgers Study Abroad office.
